• Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to promote hotel products and services
• Manage digital platforms including social media, website content, and online campaigns
• Create engaging content (visual, copywriting, promotions) aligned with brand standards
• Support F&B promotions, campaigns, and events to boost outlet revenue
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (agencies, media, influencers)
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, preferably in hospitality
• Strong exposure or experience in F&B marketing is a significant advantage
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with others.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
