• Manage and grow corporate & hotel social media accounts
• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across all properties
• Manage and optimize digital advertising (Meta Ads / Google Ads)
• Ensure all active promotions are fully exposed across digital channels
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver monthly management reports
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of digital campaigns, paid ads, and performance metrics.
• Experienced in managing multi-brand or multi-property accounts.
• Analytical, proactive, and target-oriented with strong coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail and brand sensitivity.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content management, and basic analytics.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design or content tools is a plus (Canva, ChatGPT and META)
