• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the corporate office.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, connectivity, and user access issues.
• Support email systems, shared drives, and basic server/network infrastructure.
• Assist in IT setup for new employees, including workstation preparation and access configuration.
• Maintain IT inventory and basic documentation of systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors when necessary for specialised support.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk.
• Good knowledge of VHP, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting office users in a corporate or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and service mindset.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to work 3 days per week on a flexible freelance basis.
