• Assist in preparing and cooking food according to hotel standards and recipes
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet kitchen standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Support the kitchen team during operational hours and busy service periods
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and kitchen equipment
• High school, hospitality diploma or equivalent; culinary school training or certification is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant in a hotel or restaurant is preferred
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
