Cluster Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented, and hands-on Cluster Human Resources Executive to support the daily Human Resources operations of Subi Private Lounge and Nishi Izakaya. This position will be based in Jakarta and will rotate between both locations according to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

HR Operations
• Manage and support day-to-day HR activities for both Subi Private Lounge and Nishi Izakaya.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, HR documentation, and databases.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, leave, overtime, and other HR-related records.
• Coordinate HR administration and ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company regulations are properly communicated and implemented.
• Support payroll preparation by ensuring attendance, overtime, leave, and employee information are accurate.
• Conduct regular HR visits and employee check-ins at both locations.
Recruitment & Staffing
• Coordinate recruitment activities for operational and support positions.
• Work closely with Department Heads and Supervisors to identify manpower requirements.
Employee Relations
• Build positive working relationships with employees and operational leaders.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
Learning & Development
• Coordinate training programs for employees in collaboration with the Corporate and Department Heads.
HR Compliance
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable Indonesian employment regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR matters.
HR Reporting & Administration
• Prepare regular HR reports covering manpower, recruitment, attendance, turnover, leave, training, and other HR indicators.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for both locations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hotel or F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations.
• Experience in recruitment and handling operational manpower is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and HR practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
