• Oversee daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Flow management
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor cost control, inventory, and F&B margins to support profitability
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Degree in Accounting / Finance from a reputable university or Academy
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in cost control, accounting, or finance within hospitality/F&B industry
• Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine ingredients and kitchen operations is an advantage
• Proficient in inventory systems and financial reporting tools
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Able to work collaboratively with both kitchen and finance teams
• Integrity and discipline in handling sensitive financial data
