Marclan International Holds Sales & Marketing Conference 2026 to Strengthen H2 Performance

Marclan International Sales & Marketing Conference 2026 team

Marclan International held its Sales & Marketing Conference 2026 for the second year. The conference followed the company’s first-semester performance review and focused on preparing teams for stronger results in the second half of the year.

The conference brought together Director of Sales, Sales & Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, Revenue, and Marketing Communications (Marcom) representatives from five Marclan properties: Marianna Resort & Convention Tuktuk – Samosir, Swarga Suites Bali Berawa, Sari Pacific Jakarta, Hotel Des Indes Menteng, and TMG Hotel Tebet.

Unlike previous editions, this year’s Sales and Marketing Conference took a different approach for each team. The Marketing Conference was held online on 27-28 July 2026, while the Sales Conference continued to be conducted in person from 3-4 August 2026 across several Marclan locations, including TMG Hotel Tebet, Hotel Des Indes, Nishi Izakaya, and Sari Pacific Jakarta.

Sales & Marketing Conference 2026: Marketing Conference

The first-semester review provided valuable insights to help shape Marclan’s priorities for the second half of the year. The Marketing teams reviewed their performance. They identified key achievements as well as areas for improvement.

For the Marketing Communications team, the review identified opportunities to further optimize the use of TikTok Ads and Instagram Ads. As digital platforms continue to play an increasingly important role in reaching and engaging audiences, strengthening the team’s ability to use advertising tools effectively remains an important area for development.

These insights shaped the focus of this year’s Marketing Conference, with sessions designed to address specific areas for further development. The Marcom teams explored ways to better utilize TikTok and Meta Ads, while also deepening their skills in content creation through practical sessions with CapCut and content specialists.

This approach reflects how Marclan views training and development not as separate activities, but as part of an improvement process driven by business needs and performance insights.

Sales Conference: Sustaining Performance and Building a Champion Mindset

Meanwhile, the first-semester review showed that Marclan’s sales performance was on a positive trajectory and continued to show growth. As the company entered the second half of the year, the focus was not only on maintaining these achievements but also on building greater consistency, discipline, and a drive for continuous improvement amid a changing business environment.

Through the Sales Conference held on 3-4 August 2026, Marclan provided its sales teams with a platform to take a broader look at their first-semester achievements, understand remaining opportunities, and realign their focus and motivation for the months ahead.

One of the initiatives supporting this objective was the “Achieving the Champion Mindset” session led by Edi Purnomo from Excellence Plus Indonesia. The session encouraged participants to recognize that strategy alone does not shape business performance.

For Marclan, building a champion mindset is not simply about being the best in terms of results. It is about building a mindset focused on continuous learning, faces challenges with resilience, and constantly looks for better ways to achieve targets.

Collaboration, Learning, and Preparation for the Second Half

Beyond performance reviews and training, the Sales Conference was also designed to strengthen relationships and collaboration across teams. The program included an AI Workshop, Marclan Loyalty Program Briefing, and various team-building activities.

The AI Workshop gave participants an opportunity to explore practical applications of artificial intelligence that can support sales and business activities, while Doddy Setyadi and his team also led team-building activities during the conference, helping strengthen communication, collaboration, and relationships among participants from different properties.

The conference concluded with a closing message and a site inspection at Sari Pacific Jakarta, giving participants an opportunity to gain a closer understanding of the development and offerings of one of Marclan’s properties.

Sales & Marketing Conference 2026: From Evaluation to Action

The Marclan International Sales & Marketing Conference 2026 was more than an annual gathering. It reflected Marclan’s commitment to continuous improvement.

The first-semester review showed what worked well and where teams could improve. The second semester now provides an opportunity to turn these findings into focused actions.

By strengthening digital marketing skills, maintaining positive sales performance, using AI in daily work, and developing a stronger performance mindset, Marclan International is preparing its teams for the next stage of growth.

The conference was not only about achieving second-semester targets. It was also about finding better ways to work, learn, and collaborate across Marclan International.
