Marketing & Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing & Partnership Manager who can drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and strong partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in: Food & Beverages, lifestyle brands, or creative/digital agencies
• Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns with significant budgets
• Experience in building or growing a brand
• Ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven decision-making
• Experience in executing brand collaborations or marketing events

Requirements

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve strong Rol
• Drive strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and positioning
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution from ideation to post-campaign analysis
