• Lead and manage daily Finance department operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making
• Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Manage cash flow, debt financing, and relationships with external financial institutions and stakeholders
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance across all financial and operational processes (purchasing, inventory, and cost control)
• Direct financial audits and implement improvements based on audit findings
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis for contracts, investments, and business opportunities
• Establish and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team with effective structure and staffing
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in the hospitality or hotel Industry is highly preferred
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of hotel operations
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
