• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Facilitate HR administration: contracts, extensions, confirmation, and data updates.
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance control.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR communication.
• Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with corporate office.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and hotel standards.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and department leaders.
• Assist in handling employee relations, grievance channels, and follow-up action.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources within hotel / hospitality industry .
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and manpower planning
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with operational teams
• Strong team player who is willing to support team members beyond his/her own scope of work.
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS experience is an advantage.
