Sales Executive

Job Summary

To drive sales and revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and promoting the restaurant’s facilities to prospective guests. With strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a customer-centric approach, you play a key role in achieving sales targets, maximizing revenue, and enhancing the restaurant’s.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the events team and clients.
• Forecast and track sales performance, revenue projections, and booking trends.
• Assist in the development of sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Events Management / any related major from reputable Academy or University.
• 2+ year of experience in a similar capacity in Hotel or Restaurant.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Result oriented.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute to the team.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed.
• Service-oriented with an eye for detail.
