• Lead and oversee all hotel operations (Rooms Division, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering).
• Drive revenue growth with strong focus on F&B profitability, banquet sales, and outlet performance.
• Ensure consistent 4-star service standards and guest satisfaction excellence.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with ownership objectives.
• Optimize cost control, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen market positioning within the Jakarta hospitality landscape.
• Build a high-performance leadership team and positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and brand standards.
• Represent the hotel in the local community, building relationships with businesses, organizations, and government entities.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Previous experience as Hotel Manager, EAM, or General Manager in a 4-star Hotel.
• Strong Food & Beverage operational background.
• Proven track record in improving GOP, RevPAR, and F&B profitability.
• Strong commercial mindset and revenue-driven approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong knowledge of Jakarta market dynamics is an advantage.
