• Execute corporate marketing communication plans in line with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage marketing content across digital, print, and internal communication channels.
• Support campaign rollouts, promotional activities, and brand initiatives at corporate and property levels.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, designers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Manage social media content planning, posting schedules, and basic performance tracking.
• Assist in media coordination, press releases, corporate announcements, and brand storytelling.
• Ensure consistency of brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
• Maintain marketing assets, databases, and documentation in an organized and up-to-date manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing communication, branding, or digital content (hospitality or lifestyle industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail and brand sensitivity.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content management, and basic analytics.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design or content tools is a plus (Canva, ChatGPT and META)
