• Define project scope, budget estimation, execution strategies, deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with owner & stakeholders.
• Responsible for proposals delivery, requirements documentations and completion of legal documents with project stakeholders and internal legal team.
• Proactively identify and pursue new project opportunities in line with company capabilities and strategic objectives.
• Lead the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness.
• Complies with national, regional, and local laws.
• Collaborate with other teams, including project management, estimating, and finance, to ensure seamless project transitions and successful outcomes.
• Establishes and maintains complete and up-to-date information to ensure accurate reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University in business-related, marketing or hospitality education background.
• 7+ years’ experience within sales and specifically in Business Development role in hospitality industry.
• Has relevant experience with international hotel brands as an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability of strong project management, business strategy planning, business development, market research, customer management and organizational skills with a service mindset
• Demonstrated capability in acquiring and nurturing B2B clients and key accounts.
• Knowledgeable in revenue management and distribution channels.
• Innovative & intuitive to keep up with market trends.
• Proficient in crafting creative and best-fit solutions.
• Strong in business acumen for consultative solutions selling.
